What you eat has a direct impact on your health and well being, and one of the easiest and best ways to tackle many health problems is to improve your nutrition.
We treat a range of conditions using medical nutrition therapy, with a special interest in:
• gastrointestinal issues such as IBS, Coeliac disease & food intolerances
• weight management and associated conditions such as metabolic syndrome (high cholesterol, blood pressure & blood sugar levels), type 2 diabetes, insulin resistance, glucose intolerance
• fertility and pregnancy nutrition, including nutritional management of polycystic ovarian syndrome
• men’s health including sports nutrition
The right diet can make a world of difference to how you feel. Fatigue, lack of sleep, digestive symptoms such as bloating, medical conditions and many hormone imbalances can also be improved just by making some changes to what you eat.
Take care of your body: it is the only place you have to live.

Important note when choosing your Nutritionist
In Australia, anyone is allowed to call themselves a nutritionist or a dietitian and give nutrition advice. In fact, there are no laws in place to stop anyone who has not undergone any nutrition or health training from calling themselves a ‘nutritionist’ or ‘dietitian’ and giving you advice that is not accurate, reliable or scientifically proven.
Your only safeguard is to look for the letters APD (Accredited Practising Dietitian) and AN (Accredited Nutritionist) next to a nutritionist’s or dietitian’s name and check that they are recognised by the Dietitians Association of Australia (DAA). Only fully qualified nutritionists and dietitians have the APD and AN credentials and membership of the DAA. These credentials mean that the nutritionist has a minimum of 4 years of university training as well as hospital internships so you can trust them to provide you with medical nutrition therapy and reliable nutrition advice that is based on proven scientific principles.
